Registration Policies
The cost for the ADDC seminar is $180.00 which includes the digital student handbook and certificate of completion. *Please note that the CDP application to the NCCDP is an additional cost of $135.00*
The cost for the Certified First Responder-Dementia Trained Seminar is $75.00 which includes the student handbook and certificate of completion. *Please note that the CFR-DT application to the NCCDP is an additional cost of $75.00.
Applications for CDP or CFR-DT certification need to be submitted to the NCCDP within 30 days of seminar completion. Each certification is effective for 2 years during which time individuals must obtain the number of continuing education hours required for renewal and then submit a renewal application.
Please click on the registration button on the CDP or CFR-DT page to secure your reservation in the seminar. Space is filled on first come/ first served basis.
Registration for online seminars closes the Wednesday before the seminar date to allow sufficient time for registration payment processing, digital handbook submittal and a Google Meet invitation to be emailed.
Seminar start time is Eastern Standard time so please plan accordingly
*Due to the current COVID pandemic Memory Lane is only offering online seminars with digital handbooks via Google Meet. Students wishing to order a hard copy handbook can do so via the NCCDP website once they have been approved for their CDP certificate. We will continue to evaluate our ability to offer in person training as communities and businesses reopen and will update our website accordingly.
Cancellation Fee: $75.00 for ADDC seminars and $40.00 for CFR-DT seminars.
If you are interested in a certain day for a seminar and we don't have one scheduled for that day, please let us know and we will see if we can accommodate your date requirements.
We reserve the right to reschedule/postpone seminars due to insufficient registration. In this event, all registrants will be contacted to reschedule to another date. Please be prepared to reschedule, as needed, to another date with more enrollment. We try our best to not do this, but sometimes it is necessary. If you choose a refund instead of rescheduling you will be charged a $50 processing fee.
In case of inclement weather (snow, ice, etc), in person seminars may be cancelled. Registrants will be contacted regarding rescheduling arrangements.
